There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Montgomery and Frederick County real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

My real estate career began 28 years ago in Tucson, Arizona. We lived in Phoenix for 10 years and then moved to Tucson for 10 years. I graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Speech and Hearing Sciences. My graduate work was centered on Management Information Systems.
We moved to Maryland in 1980 to be close to family members. I believed then, as I do now, that education is a must in order to be the tops in your profession. To that end, I obtained my Certified Residential Appraiser Licence in 1993. I continued my studies and earned my GRI designation as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and then I earned the most prestigious CRS designation. The Certified Residential Specialist certification is held by less than 5% of Realtors nationwide.
This past year, with continued study, I earned my Associate Broker designation.
I know that I am more than qualified to handle your every Real Estate Needs.
